The Labour Party recently blocked a motion for its annual conference that would’ve banned MPs from accepting money from private healthcare lobbyists. Even worse, the party blocked another motion to bring the NHS fully back into public ownership. In other words, debate is no longer allowed in a so-called democratic socialist party.
