Be thankful that your UK High Court can still rule objectively. Had the case been heard here in the US, our Extreme Court would have ruled in favor of the Zionists and against freedom of speech (on the grounds it was antisemitic terrorism)!

Wow! Hope for the integrity of the UK justice system. So still work for Mossad to do.

Obviously Starmer, Cooper, Mahmood and whoever legally went along the preposterous terrorism charge must GO and never be allowed to return.

I can't believe this disgusting unpopular government is appealing the ruling of the courts. No matter what they do in the future I will never ever forgive Labour for their support and involvement in the genocide of Palestinians. The REAL terrorists are based in Westminster.

I think Yvette Cooper and Elbit be charged with conspiracy to commit the crime of waging terror upon the populace to aid a foreign country .

The point to hammer home here is that Elbit Systems is making decisions for the British government. That's the story here; the arrests of innocent citizens is secondary. This fact, and Israel's penetration of every western government, must be relentlessly publicized until every citizen knows that their needs and wishes come well after those of Israel, if at all. I don't think enough people understand the extent of the takeover.

Gee, I wonder who is really calling the shots in the UK.

Best guess - Qatar

Julia Dennis's avatar

Probably Qatar as well, but many members of Starmer's LINO Government including Starmer himself are members of 'Labour Friends of Israel'. And it is in the public domain that Starmer said he is "an unapologetic Zionist"....

I hope that this moral correction will inspire other people to raise their voices, now they realise we are not just a bunch of crazy, old people.

"The people, united, can never be defeated".

If there’s a group that should be proscribed it’s the IDF, then it would be clear what to do with the thousands of British citizens who have joined them in the genocide.

Good that the court of law came to the just decision that the ban was unlawful. Thank you for sharing this Mr. Hale, this is a bright spark in the midst of very dark times. Here's hoping for more positive developments like this

I'd rather Starmer was hanging from a rope than hanging by a thread........and I'm usually against the death penalty!

Who knew common sense, a reasonable mind, could be weaponized and need a court of law to mandate it for us.

In this Dystopian nightmare run by ghouls, what delight and relief to read some good news - some parts of our legal system still stubbornly refuse to be co-opted by evil. This and the increasing exposure of those who would control the globe in the most disgusting ways imaginable are inspirations to lock onto. May this inspire more and more pushback against the parasites trying to enslave humanity 👏

Here, hear Mr Dunn. It's a moment of sanity in this episode of madness which seems to have engulfed the UK (and the world). We, the ordinary people, don't have much power but we're trying to fight back, and those working in the institutions of the state are also clearly using what power they have to confront this rising tide of fascism and lawlessness. It is heartening to see. Hope remains...

Well said Mr. Dunn. Hoping to see more positive news and developments like this and may this serve as an inspiration for others

If anyone should be “on trial” it should be those ministers who sought to proscribe the group in the first place, and erode the right to peaceful protest.

Aamir Razak's avatar

Well said Mike and agreed, but this is at least some progress, in my view

Great news from any reasonable angle. "vindicative government is absolutely going to appeal" so Labour is indicative of being vindicative... sorry.
