The Tories' offer to NHS nurses was bullshit

Here is why

The world’s largest nursing union, the Royal College of Nurses has rejected the government’s offer of a 5% pay increase. This would have been a real terms 5.4% pay cut, thanks to inflation, and a 10-20% pay cut since 2010. In other words, some nurses would have to work an extra day per week to earn what they were paid before the Tories came to power.
