Sounds a lot like what the CIA and the Brits did in 1953.

Israel has every right—and obligation—to defend itself, and anyone pretending otherwise is lying to themselves. The Mossad didn’t become the most feared intelligence service on Earth by accident; they dismantle threats before those threats reach Israeli civilians. That saves lives—period. Trump was right to avoid a reckless air war while letting pressure, infiltration, and leverage do the work. The Iranian regime is cracking because it’s rotten, not because Israel exposed it. If the Shah is ultimately restored, the region stabilizes overnight—and Iran joining the Abraham Accords becomes inevitable. That’s peace through strength, Trump-style. The alternative is endless chaos—and Israel refusing to wait for annihilation.

It seems that neither the Left nor the Right cares about Iranian lives as much as they claim. Iran's annual toll of (recently) around a thousand people being executed annually (drug dealers, dissidents) raised not so much as a word of coverage in Left media compared to its rightfully detailed reports of the far fewer executions in the USA.

I'm opposed to the death penalty anywhere, but I have zero influence in Iran. The MSM tells us how terrible Iran is all the time. Why would I need to do the same? It would be adding nothing to the conversation, other than to bolster the push for regime change.

Just an observation that will have me laughing for a while....Trump said palavi wouldn't be safe 'in his own country '

he wouldn't last ten seconds in Iran!

I'd say it's bs as the amount of military flights from Cyprus, Germany, Austria, to Saudi, Bahrain etc., bases have increased today, which raises red lights. Also US military 'priority' flights into Israel, especially from Egypt have increased, and radars are switched off frequently in the south.

I'd say an attack is imminent.

I stand with Iran and hope they wipe Israel out! They need to win this, failure is not an option!🤞🏽🙏🏽

I don't like to make predictions, but unless the US pulls off a decapitation strike, the fight will likely end in a stalemate with both sides suffering losses. This would be devastating for Trump's ego so it's plausible he will back down. It's also plausible that Israel won't allow him to. I think an attack on Iran will happen, I'm just not sure if it is imminent or will be postponed.

When Netanyahu's plane departed for Greece, I thought the worst. He seems to like hiding there when he provokes an Iranian counter-attack. His sons are chips off the same cowardly block, as they fled to London and Miami to avoid any post October 7th mobilisation!

This raises the very real possibility that Netanyahu moved his plane to Greece as a bluff, to persuade Iran that an attack was imminent. If Iran went ahead with a preemptive strike, that would give him an excuse to demand Western retaliatory strikes.

And of course Israel will even escape from Western critique, let alone sanctions, for their terror campaign in Iran.

Domination -- Language of Israel and Aryan White Malice

This is way over the top -- ZIM. Zionist Imperial Mafia. Must be difficult to be a UK bloke making comments like . . . Iranians have motives to not tell the truth about the dead and how they died . . . "

Is it all just PR spin, now, in the minds of Westerners.

Listen to Lakota elder Tiokosin Ghosthorse:

What the illegal EuroTrash Aliens brought to Turtle Island was laws and religion, the very fabric of Domination.

"Only when we have true democracy ourselves will we be in a position to create a more democratic world for everyone."

As a not so white woman, I find the same dangerous, hegemonic, imperialistic, interfering, controlling hegemonic attitudes in that statement that have been detrimental for the entire world. Better said to "lead by example." We have not led by example for many years, if ever. If anything, we are not the teacher, but the student and thus far, a not very serious one.

Council Estate Media's avatar

Then you don't know my writing. I wrote just a few days ago: "The way to promote human rights is not to push for regime change or impose your values, but to lead by example and incentivise better behaviours."

The Zionists want a greater Isreal. Iran is the only country left to oppose them. So naturally they are organising uprising against the Iranian government. Isreal and the USA don’t care about the people. The USA is busy deporting their own citizens. With ICE. Do you really think they care about the Iranian people.

"Your account and observations about Operation Eagle Claw are all correct. Limited information was declassified and released publicly. Major ~~~~~~~~~ was never on the ground in Iran, but he was well connected politically and was able to make claims and assertions without repercussions. Others soon followed and the multitude of stories and 'first-hand' accounts by persons not there has flourished. There have been too many spreaders of disinformation, false names and narratives, but this actually serves the US interest in protecting still classified information, including your own, which serves the safety of yourself and others."

Mohammad Mossadegh, 1912

Prime Minister Mohammad Mossadegh, Time, 1951

The background: 1951, Iran democratically elects Mohammad Mossadegh, a long-standing beloved leader to Prime Minister. He has social care for his people in mind, and he sees the theft of resources, especially oil, and plans to do the unthinkable in Western eyes, declare that Iran’s resources belong to Iran to develop and sell. This is a “horrendous” idea, especially for the thieving British empire. MI6 colludes with the CIA and Sunni militants to topple Mossadegh — and Democracy. One of the most brutal dictators of modern times, installed by the US (led by Zionist Harry Truman) and the UK, the Shah dressed as a shiny puppet enjoying torture and killing (who eagerly read weapons manuals like you read novels).

19 August 1953, “the US (led by Zionist Harry Truman) and Britain carried out a brutal coup that deposed Mohammad Mossadegh, the popular Prime Minister of Iran, beloved for his progressive and pro-worker reforms, because he sought to restore national control over the country’s oil reserves.”

The following is a direct result of that non-intelligence boobery…

No one, especially USA, has any right to “create a more democratic world for everyone”.

No one

USA needs to stfu

Either finish the slow suicide or fix itself but ffs stop this fake spread of “democracy”.

Council Estate Media's avatar

I'm not American, but you're opposed to democracy?

Dean's avatar

I think all right thinking individuals are opposed to the american version of world democracy (read: america runs your country).

Council Estate Media's avatar

So am I which is why I wrote "true democracy". I'm a socialist. I want workers in every country to hold power, I just don't believe you achieve that through imperialist regime change. You do it by democratising your own countries and giving other countries the space to resolve their issues. If Iran didn't have imperialists breathing down its neck, change would become a real possibility. Right now, it isn't.

With respect, the Mullahs have made such a pig's breakfast out of the economy that, despite all the hangings and imprisonments, once in a while, the public's patience simply boils over!

It was a much better time when Forbes published a cover story, headlined ‘‘The Millionaire Mullahs” on 21st July, 2003!

https://www.forbes.com/forbes/2003/0721/056.html

No one ever risks the lives of their operatives in the field by publicly announcing they have been fomenting unrest in the enemy's camp!

As if the Mullahs needed any excuse to embark on another round of executions, by making this statement, Mike

Pomepo has provided them with the perfect excuse!

Council Estate Media's avatar

why are you assuming mullahs run the economy?

elena the red's avatar

Sure thing Good American

Those American western sanctions the cause of economic hardships are really the fault of the mullahs..

American idiots

It's just one claim, too many! The extended family of Rafsanjani, whose picture was on the cover of Forbes, live in London! Their purchase of meat and poultry comes up to hundreds of Pounds, once every few days!

Who the f..k do you think pays for that when people back home can barely afford to pay for the daily bread!

The previous chairman of the central bank fled to Canada, helping himself to $2.6 billion of public money! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahmoud_Reza_Khavari
