Trusting the world’s biggest liar, deceiver, thief, and manipulator just makes us look stupid. Like really f-ING stupid. And yet, we keep doing it. Should we just keep banging our head against the wall until we fall into a concussion and bleed out? That actually sounds so much better than “negotiating” with the mob.

Lauren, because "Jews". Zionists scream that they are Jews and touching them means hurting Jews and Holocaust. And the world believes. Would they be negotiating and ring-kissing if it were anyone else, like their designated villains China or Russia? I doubt it. But Zionists, with their spider web of World Zionism (I am not making a conspiracy theory, it is an official world organization, aimed at suppressing any opposition) have a green light for their essential goal: colonial domination of the Middle East and total subjugation of the rest of the world by pressure and corruption. And it is the only ideology that is forbidden to expose and condemn because they say they are Jews.

It is common to speak about the hydra of "Western imperialism". But try to condemn Zionist hydra and Zionist subjugation - and you are "antisemitic".

What if the USA were to say military supplies, financial aid suspended indefinitely as long as you fail to observe the ceasefire? It's a pantomime - the US acts is if it has no influence over Israel but could stop this breach of the agreement if they wanted to.

And the rest of them. And the Western lickspittles who enable this and look the other way.

Those western lickspittle are not just enabling this, they are supporting, participating in, and arming it. And they are not even any longer bothering to look the other way. They are fully complicit and equally as guilty as the Israelis.

You are right. It is nakedly obvious now that Israel is the repository of Western territorial and commercial ambitions in the region and therefore allowed to do whatever it takes to enable that.

The UN does not have and never had armed forces, air force or navy. Nor weapons of any kind.

There should have been at least no-fly zone declared over the whole territory of Gaza, Israel, West Bank. And then troops on the ground to catch Israeli units and snipers.

But the world seems to agree that Israel has a right to destroy Palestine. In whole or in part. That is astonishing.

Hi Lena,

thanks for the comment. Sorry, what i meant to say was, that was is the purpose of the UN then?

Expand full comment
Lena's avatar

The purpose of creation of the UN was to ensure the "establishment" of Israel, Anglosphere post-WWII hegemony and control over the rest of the world camouflaged as "human rights". We can see the purpose by what it has been doing. The first Secretary General, Dag Hammarskjold, did not obey this purpose and started to struggle for Congolese independence. Zionists killed him using CIA.

The UN still tried to maintain its image by issuing condemning resolutions about Israel's violations of international law and horrendous human rights abuses. But it was all cut short in the 90's when neocons (Jewish Zionists) took power.

What UN had left, is to crack down on designated enemies. Only whom the Anglosphere and Zionists permit. That was human rights and international law in Africa, then shameful and fraudulent twist on Serbia and the killing of Milosevic, recently the target was Russia and so on. The veto power effectively makes the UN a doormat.

Like an international humanitarian peacekeeping force that President Petro proposed, or the United Nations peacekeeping force? Yes Lisa, I agree, such a group would definitely be of great help at the moment. Sadly, I don't know where said groups are

A very realistic view of the situation. Netanyahu and Ben Gvir want to keep on murdering people until there are no more left alive. This truce is nothing but an irritation to them.

I can't think of any nation as depraved as Israel, no ideology as depraved as Zionism. Maybe the Nazis were this depraved and we didn't see the daily videos, but the German people as a whole were not this sick. This is not a ceasefire. It is a ploy meant to get the Israeli hostages back to appease the few Israelis who having something on their mind other than killing Palestinians. Once they have the Israeli hostages back Israel will resume the slaughter and take another 2000 Palestinians hostage. Count on it. Guaranteed if Trump doesn't get the Nobel Peace Prize.

Well-written as always Mr. Hale. While an abatement and hopefully permanent end to the slaughter is a great thing in my book, I have no faith the occupiers will not just renege on the agreement and resume the genocide once the hostages have been exchanged. Not to mention how unfair it is that they still get to keep nearly all the Palestinian hostages, will not completely withdraw from the Gaza strip, and that the Palestinians won't even get a say in the governance of their own nation. Seems like concessions have been made to "Reward" the occupiers for their bloodlust, and there is no guarantee they just won't resume the killing once more. A bloodstained farce of a "ceasefire, peace" plan, in my view.

Israeli ceasefire: "You cease, we fire".

How can Israel stop israeling, that is, killing and land-grabbing? It is what it is there for. To stop the killing of Palestine, one must dismantle Zionism. Which will automatically stop persecution of human rights activists, media corruption, academic suppression and bribing of politicians.

I heard Jeffrey Sachs talking about the 'peace' plan. It seems the 20 point plan benefits only the usual suspects, and of course it has a colonial flavour, with Blair as patronising 'western' over-seer. Trump licking his lips cos he thinks he 'deserves' the Nobel peace prize (too late sucker!) and Netanyahu is utterly untrustworthy. So lets see what's what.

While you're absolutely correct they cannot be trusted at all neither can Trump or Washington. You see those F35 they are bombing gaza with right now that thing cannot even get off the ground without the approval code from Washington.

Washington cannot deny they don't know what the flight Plan is for the aircraft or the mission it has to be programmed and approved by them.

They can't use weapons they can't do anything without that approval code for each mission.
